The app is free to download and use. You pay or commit an entry amount when you join paid challenges. Entry amounts vary by challenge but typically range from $0.1 - $50 USD.
No. There’s no element of chance - it's purely skill based. Whether you finish is determined entirely by your own behavior: you either exercise every day or you don’t. Every participant who stays active and completes their daily exercise gets a share of the reward pool and has the right to withdraw their pledged entry amount (with 21-day notice - and continuing to exercise for those 21 days).
We currently support push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, and high knees. All exercises are bodyweight movements that can be done at home without equipment.
Our computer vision AI analyzes your movement through your phone's camera to count exercise reps. The system is trained to recognize proper form and only counts correct exercises. Ensure good lighting and your full body is visible.
Our AI is highly accurate (95%+) at counting reps when conditions are good: proper lighting, clear camera view, and correct form. The system may occasionally miss reps or miscount - focus on form and consistency.
Challenges are ongoing. You can stay in as long as you want. When you want your entry principal back, request exit and keep exercising during the 21-day exit period.
If you miss a day or do not complete the required daily reps, your entry will be marked as failed. Your entry amount will be forfeited and distributed to other active participants.
Daily rewards depend on the active reward pool and the relative size of eligible active entries. Rewards are not guaranteed; you must stay active and meet the daily requirements to qualify.
In cases of force majeure events that prevent some or all users from accessing the app (such as widespread internet outages, major cloud service failures, power grid shutdowns, or other large-scale emergencies), we may mark affected challenge participants as completed or protected for that day. This ensures fairness when circumstances beyond anyone's control prevent normal app usage. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis for significant events affecting multiple users simultaneously. This happened several times in 2025 (global Cloudflare outages, nationwide power outages in Spain and Portugal, etc.).
Daily rewards can be claimed from the app when they are available. To withdraw your original entry principal, request exit and keep completing your daily exercise during the 21-day exit period.
For perpetual challenges, Squadletics may take up to a 35% platform fee from entries that are marked as failed. The remaining portion of the failed entry amount becomes part of the reward pool for other eligible active participants. Blockchain transaction fees (gas) may apply when joining, claiming rewards, or withdrawing, but are generally sponsored by Squadletics. All fees are clearly displayed before you join any challenge.
You need a smartphone with iOS 14+ or Android 8+, a working camera, and internet connection. For best experience, use a phone with good processing power and ensure you have sufficient storage space.
Any modern smartphone camera should work. For best results: ensure good lighting, position your phone so your full body is visible, keep the camera stable (prop it up or use a stand), and allow camera permissions when prompted. Wear clothes that contrast with your background for better visibility.
Your exercise performance and challenge participation may appear on leaderboards, but your exercise videos and screenshots are not public by default. Video processing happens on-device when possible, but we may store screenshots, clips, recordings, and related metadata when needed for cheating prevention, dispute review, support, safety, or service improvement.
